Be Happy! Good for Your Well-Being!

With the COVID-19 pandemic upon us, you may wonder what is there to be happy about? Happiness is a critical ingredient for the maintenance of our health and well-being despite the challenges we may face daily.

Since 2013, the United Nations has celebrated International Day of Happiness as a means of recognizing the importance of happiness in the lives of people all over the world. In 2015, the UN launched the seventeen (17) Sustainable Development Goals which seek to end poverty, reduce inequality and protect our planet – three aspects that lead to our well-being and happiness https://www.un.org/en/observances/happiness-day

For this COVID-19 situation, you can start by ensuring that the most vulnerable have access to food daily by contributing to food drives and sharing any additional resources that you may have so that the less fortunate can have access.
